They have been such great advocates when it comes to pet food and diet. They do their due diligence on what products are actually healthy for your pets and give personal recommendations on how to go about it. Our dog was constantly throwing up and having diarrhea because of the kibble we were getting from PetSmart and then someone told us about Liz's Pet Shop. In 24 hours, my dog was his regular self. Would also recommend signing up for their loyalty program because you will use your points against future purchases.

Liz takes great pride in making sure your dog has all his food or treat needs w manny options, regardless of his condition, ours has allergiesand shes knws exacactly what he needs.. William is very knowledgeable and always helps us w our pup..

Liz’s has an exceptional variety of healthy foods for my super sensitive dogs. Liz herself is an expert in the field and always has great advice for raw feeding. We feed Steve’s Real Food and she’s always stocked in several different proteins.

I LOVE Liz’s Pet Shop! Everyone is always so friendly & helpful. I have many friends & co-workers that shop there. I will say as a side note….we all would LOVE if even one day a week opening at 10 am vs 11 am. Just try it for a month! Ask your customers their thoughts on this. I guarantee you they will be on board. Regardless, thank you for always being so awesome!

A true gem of a pet shop — and of a human! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Liz’s Pet Shop and the people behind it. Walking into the store feels like stepping into a sanctuary of care, knowledge, and genuine love for animals. Liz herself is a rare find — deeply attentive, kind, and incredibly informed. I came in to ask about my senior cat’s complex health needs, and not only did Liz listen with her whole heart, she wrote everything down and thoughtfully walked me through potential protocols and options. 🥹 That level of care is so rare and truly priceless. The store is beautifully stocked with the best brands — from high-quality dry, canned, raw food to herbs, supplements, and holistic protocols you won’t find just anywhere. Recently my brother‘s dog tore his ACL. We were recommended Liz‘s shop as a great space to go to to learn about clean ways you could feed your pet. Liz is so knowledgeable and she was helpful teaching us about raw diets and its benefit for our dogs. I recently got a puppy and I must say that since switching him to a raw diet I’ve seen big change in his coat and seasonal allergies. Liz was even able to recommend a book to help me learn how to be a better pet owner. One of the best books I’ve read in a while. Honestly could not recommend her more and her entire staff!

Amazing Shop! Came in here for some bird food & had the honor of meeting Liz. She gave me a walkthrough of the shop and I was amazed by all the amazing products they carry, the amazing recommendations she gave me and just how helpful and kind she was. Will be back !

Great prices and rewards. Many options. Toys, treats, grooming products, and more! Liz’s has it all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have 15 min street parking on Western just around the corner. My dog goes straight for the counter because they give him a beef heart treat that he loves.

Liz’s is the Shiz’s! I love going there and so does my pup. They have an excellent selection of food and treats at reasonable prices and their rewards system is REAL and SUBSTANTIAL. I’m a huge fan of their freeze dried treats and them cod skins are to die for according to the dog. Keep up the great work, we heart what you do!

I am in LOVE with Liz's. I found this gem while in search for more natural food for my dog. Liz and her staff are educated on a holistic and natural approach to pet care. As of recent, my dog was sick and David was able to help me figure out a diet that worked great. I will forever send everyone to Liz's Pet Shop!
